Made of unbleached cotton, the Silmälasi Kukkaro purse is a multipurpose classic. This purse is ideal as a pencil case and much more. It has a metallic frame that is easy to snap open and shut. The material is printed in Helsinki and the product is sewn in Kitee, Finland.

Unbleached cotton fabric has a natural lively color and surface, where small dark dots originated from the cotton plant may appear. There may be differences between products regarding this feature.

Unikko (poppy), symbolizing creativity, was born in a time when hardly any floral designs were included in Marimekko’s collections. Maija Isola, however, was fascinated by the theme of flowers and decided to create an entire range of novel floral prints.
