The cardigan features the jacquard knit Jäkälä pattern, and it has a V-neck, a button closure, and the embroidered Marimekko logo in the front near the left hemline. The sleeve ends and hemline have wide ribbing.

Fujiwo Ishimoto’s Jäkälä (lichen) check pattern was originally part of a collection entitled Iso karhu (Ursa Major), which was inspired by textiles patterned using the traditional ikat dyeing technique.
