The used indigo Maridenim Vaihe jean shirt is made of non-stretch cotton denim in the Keidas pattern. The button-up jean shirt has a relaxed fit, a button closure, a chest pocket, and a back yoke seam. The cuffed sleeves have button closures, and the hem has a slight curved cut. The shirt features Marimekko jean buttons.

Marimekko Maridenim products are designed following the Jeans Redesign guidelines of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, the world´s leading network on circular economy. According to the guidelines, the denim material is monomaterial cotton (80% organic cotton and 20% recycled cotton) with no elastane. Marimekko Maridenim is made with minimal use of hardware, including the use of removable buttons and no rivets. The washing, finishing and use of chemicals also follow the guidelines. To produce the colors, patterns and desired feel of the products, we use, for example, laser technology, E-Flow steam washing and ozone washing, instead of, for example, traditional stone washing.
