The Kukkavera overshirt is made of firm organic cotton with an oversized, A-line fit. The overshirt features the Eldfamn pattern, which is printed in Helsinki. It has a pointed collar, a button closure, one chest pocket, and slits in the side seams. The sleeves have a rounded shape and wide turn-ups at the cuffs. The voluminous back piece has a bell-shaped cut and a yoke seam.

Our overshirts are sewn using the whole width of the fabric, and therefore their appearance may vary. Each item is unique.

Petra Börner is often drawn to natural themes in her work, exploring varied techniques with passionate lines that tie her compositions together. Inspired by the power of color and growth, Eldfamn is part of her ongoing POWERFLOWER series. The dynamic, blooming artwork was created on paper using Indian ink and acrylic colors. The title refers to the glow and positive energy of the design—as if being held in a warm embrace.
