Return and Exchange

1. Return and Exchange regulations

  • Return and exchange policy is only applicable to items purchased at website www.marimekko.vn, not applicable for items purchased at stores
  • If you want to return or exchange your purchase, you may request to return or exchange the product on website within 14 days from the date of receiving order (include Sat, Sun and Public holiday).
  • Return or exchange request:
    • Marimekko accepts exchange or return on discounted and full-price products or in case the product is defective, missing accessories, damaged during transportation or does not match the ordered product.
    • All End Of Season (EOS) Items, Online credit or credit voucher, accessories, home item, OUTLET items, undergarments, swimwear and made to order items cannot be returned and exchanged.
    • Each order is eligible for one time return or exchange request, with no restrictions on the quantity of items that can be returned or exchanged.
    • In case of requesting an exchange, the product can be exchanged for a different size only and is unable to exchange with other products.

2. Return and Exchange conditions
  • All products must be in original condition, unused with original tags, accompanying accessories (if any) and purchase invoice.
  • If the product does not meet conditions of Return and Exchange Policy, the product will not be accepted and will be returned at your cost.

3. Return and Exchange process

You can request return or exchange via following methods:

  • Online channel
    • Fill out all details in REFUND REQUEST (order number, email). Select the product you want to return, state the reason and attach 4 - 5 images of each size of product. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation via email
    • Pack the product with an invoice in original packaging to the address as below. Customers should return the product via couriers that can track the shipping status. Marimekko will not be responsible for loss or delay of any return package.

    • After receiving your return package, Marimekko will review and verify your return request along with the product. If the request meets the return policy, our customer service will email you a confirmation.
  • Return through Marimekko Store
    • Bring the product which you want to return or exchange along with a receipt from Online channel to Marimekko Store - 1st Floor, Lotte Mall West Lake, 272 Vo Chi Cong Road, Phu Thuong Ward, Tay Ho Dist, Hanoi, Vietnam.
    • Staff will check whether the product is still in original condition and meets website's return conditions. If the product fully meets the requirements, store staff will fill out the return or exchange form on the management system and notify the online department.
    • The Online department will check the information and products received. After completing the process, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Contact customer service to request return
    • Send an email to contactus@marimekko.vn with subject: Return request - Order number
    • Customer service will contact and send you instructions via email once your request has been approved

4. Refund method
  • For orders paid by ATM/ Debit/ Credit card: You will receive a refund equivalent to the value paid at website www.marimekko.vn into your account within 14 days from the date Marimekko receives the returned product and accepts your return request. Delivery costs and any other expenses besides the product cost are not refundable in case the customer is not satisfied with product or change mind.
