The Mono City Tote is made of organic cotton, and it features the Puhveli pattern, which is printed in Helsinki. The large Marimekko “M” is printed in the front. The bag has both short and long handles, and an open pocket on the outside. There are drawstrings at the sides that can be used to tighten the opening and change the silhouette of the bag.

Stripes have always been a staple in the world of Marimekko patterns. Puhveli (buffalo) is an airy vertical stripe designed by Maija Isola in 1964.
